How to create a CSV file from a spreadsheet document

To change a spreadsheet document to a CSV file please follow these steps:

1. Open the file you wish to change in your spreadsheet program.

2. Make sure all the headings are correct, with category titles on the first row.

3. Select 'Save As' to bring up the directory window.

4. On this screen, use the drop down menu labeled 'Save as type', (which is located underneath the file name), to change the file type to a CSV file.

5. Click ‘Save’.

This file is now ready to be imported into your Smash Solutions Account.
