My Referral is missing

If you feel a Referral is missing from your Downline, please follow the steps below. We take the Sponsor-Referral relationship seriously and strive to correct any mistakes that are made throughout this process. 


First, attempt to locate your Referral in your Downline from your Referral Tree view.

(This is located from the 'IBO' tab in your Back Office, under the 'My Referrals' tab.)

If your Referral does not show up, we urge you to contact your Referral directly. In most cases, they have simply not completed Registration.

If your Referral has registered completely, and is still not showing up in your Downline, they have most likely not used the correct Referral Link when signing up.

This can easily be fixed by having your Referral send a ticket stating who their correct Sponsor is. Be sure to include the Sponsor name, email and Member ID.

From there, we are able to place the correct Referral with his or her correct Sponsor manually.
