Why can't I go to my referral's profile when they are showing as inactive?


If your referral is showing as ‘Inactive’ it means that they may not have completed their account yet. It means they initiated the account but have not yet activated by clicking the confirmation message they received in their e-mail. Until the account is confirmed, it is not created and made public. As soon as your sponsor clicks their confirmation e-mail, you will be able to view their public profile.

If they have been inactive for a while, It may help to remind them to activate their account.
